• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items:

• Swimwear (unless tags and hygiene liner are intact)
• Bodyboards (due to potential damage during return)
• Opened ding repair kits, DVDs, or books

Refund Process:

• Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive returns
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
