Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your surf gear arrives ready for action.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details
- You have 15 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Original packaging and proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Swimwear (bikinis and beachwear) – unless tags are intact and hygiene liner is in place
- Bodyboards – due to potential damage during return shipping
- Ding repair kits – once opened
- DVDs and books – if opened or showing signs of use
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for approval – Our surf-savvy customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack your return – Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached

Refund Process
- Refund timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we made an error
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or color? Follow the same return process and include a note specifying your preference. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “perfect wave!”
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S., return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
