Italy is a country with still a young and growing surf culture. The research and some waves are yet unknown.

Peninsula is an exploration journey along the Italian costlines, together with some of the best Italian surfers and a couple of ineternational surfers: this is the mean we have chosen to show a country, its sea and its people.

Shot between 2011 and 2013 in 16mm, 35mm and Super8 Peninsula is a freedomcollage about surf, ecology, history of this sport in our country and its protagonists.
